“There is communion of more than our bodies when bread is broken and wine drunk.”
― M.F.K. Fisher
How do you connect through your food?
Robinson's training is the culmination of personal experiences and education. It's knowing how to use a given technique to achieve a specific result with the best products available. It is not their place to tell you how to eat; they only strive to use their know-how and to give you what you want. Eating healthy and eating deliciously need not be mutually exclusive. Love on a plate or in a drink are expressions sometimes missed when it comes to the art of hospitality and when attempting to connect with patrons and friends.
So what specifically does that mean?
I try to put the best plate of eats/drink on the table, made of the highest quality ingredients that I can economically source.
I try to give the best value for money.
I try to give whomever I am feeding an experience that they will want to come back to.
